Ordering

House of ARPIASH offers a growing collection of thoughtfully designed products and experiences.

Depending on the collection, products may be:

• Digitally delivered

• Carefully curated from trusted manufacturing partners

Because each collection is unique, estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided on individual product pages whenever possible.

Personalized & Custom Creations

Many House of ARPIASH creations are designed specifically for each customer.

These may include, but are not limited to:

• Personalized stationery

• Wedding and bridal collections

• Engraved gifts

• Custom artwork

• Personalized home décor

• Handcrafted furniture

• Wellness planning services

• Other made-to-order creations

Because these products are created exclusively for you, personalized and custom items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain a production error.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all personalized information, proofs, dimensions, spellings, names, dates, addresses, and other custom details before production begins.

Once final approval has been received and production has started, House of ARPIASH cannot accept responsibility for customer-approved errors.

Handmade & Artisan Collections

One of the defining characteristics of House of ARPIASH is craftsmanship.

Many of our products are handcrafted using natural materials and traditional artisan techniques.

Natural variations in:

• Wood grain

• Leather texture

• Stone veining

• Fabric patterns

• Hand-applied finishes

• Stitching

• Brush strokes

• Ceramic glazing

• Natural fibers

are not considered defects.

Rather, they are part of what makes every House of ARPIASH creation beautifully unique.

Product Photography & Color

We work carefully to present our collections as accurately as possible.

However, colors and finishes may vary slightly due to:

• Computer monitors

• Mobile devices

• Printer calibration

• Lighting conditions

• Natural materials

• Manufacturing processes

These natural variations should be expected and appreciated as part of handcrafted and thoughtfully produced work.

Production & Shipping

Production times vary by collection.

Some items are handcrafted in our studio.

Others are produced or fulfilled by carefully selected production partners.

Certain orders containing products from multiple collections may arrive in separate shipments.

Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Delivery

Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

If your package arrives:

• Damaged

• Incomplete

• Defective

• Incorrect

please contact House of ARPIASH within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

To help us resolve your concern as quickly as possible, we may request photographs of:

• The product

• Packaging

• Shipping label

• Any visible damage

Returns

We sincerely hope every House of ARPIASH creation exceeds your expectations.

If something isn't right, we encourage you to contact us.

Eligible returns generally must:

• Be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• Be unused and in original condition.

• Include original packaging whenever possible.

• Be approved by House of ARPIASH before being returned.

Return shipping costs for changes of mind are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a verified product defect.

Certain products—including personalized items, custom creations, digital downloads, final-sale merchandise, and certain hygiene-sensitive products such as earrings—may not be eligible for return unless required by law or unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.

If your purchase was made using a third-party financing service such as Klarna or Affirm, refund processing times may vary according to their individual policies.

Exchanges

When appropriate, House of ARPIASH may offer exchanges for eligible products.

Exchange requests are evaluated individually based upon product availability and the nature of the request.

Seasonal Collections

Seasonal collections are designed to celebrate meaningful moments throughout the year.

To ensure timely resolution, concerns involving seasonal merchandise should be reported before the applicable holiday whenever reasonably possible.

Products that have been used after the seasonal occasion may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.

Furniture & Oversized Items

Customers are responsible for verifying:

• Room dimensions

• Doorway clearances

• Stairways

• Hallways

• Elevator access

• Installation space

before ordering oversized furniture or large home décor items.

House of ARPIASH cannot accept returns resulting from measurements or access limitations that were not verified before purchase.

Digital Publications & Downloads

Digital guides, journals, planners, templates, audio programs, and downloadable resources become available immediately after purchase.

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, these purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Affiliate & Curated Products

Some products featured throughout House of ARPIASH are offered through carefully selected affiliate or retail partners.

Purchases completed directly through another retailer or manufacturer remain subject to that company's shipping, return, refund, warranty, and customer service policies.

Whenever possible, House of ARPIASH is happy to assist customers in identifying the appropriate contact for questions related to those purchases.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, artisans, manufacturing partners, and the integrity of House of ARPIASH, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or decline returns involving suspected fraud, abuse, excessive return activity, chargeback misuse, or behavior that intentionally seeks to exploit our policies.
